How to take
Dosage

We recommend dissolving 1 tablet in 350ml of water and leave a few minutes to fully dissolve.

When to take it
Drop a tablet into 350ml of room temperature water and allow the tablet to fully dissolve. If cold water is your thing, leave to dissolve and add ice. Want to add a little jazz? Try with sparkling water and add some of your favourite citrus fruits.
