How to take
Dosage

We recommend dissolving 1 tablet in 250ml of water and leave a few minutes to fully dissolve.

When to take it
Drop a tablet into 250ml of room temperature water and allow the tablet to fully dissolve. If cold water is your thing, leave to dissolve and add ice. Alternatively, try it hot. Pop a tablet into some boiled water and enjoy!
