How to take
Dosage

We recommend dissolving 1 tablet in 350ml of water and leave a few minutes to fully dissolve.

When to take it
Drop a tablet into 350ml of room temperature water and allow the tablet to fully dissolve. If cold water is your thing, leave to dissolve and add ice. Want to add a little jazz? Try with sparkling water and add some of your favourite citrus fruits.

It's up to you really. We like to take Clarity in those moments where you need a bit of zen focus. Whether you’re aiming for a nobel prize or need to keep your focus during a festive game of wiff-waff with your father-in-law, Clarity has you covered. Try to avoid a good 6 hours before bed! We don't want to keep you up.
Is there caffeine in Clarity?
Yes there a is natural source of caffeine in Clarity. We use green tea extract for this.
